OurPass launched an MVP to reduce cart abandonment, but merchants and new users faced difficulties with the platform, and close checkout resulted in forced account creation, leading to abandonment; interviews with unsatisfied users confirmed the need for a redesign and some achieved product functions.

I crafted a distinct and standalone style guide exclusively dedicated to the checkout widget, ensuring consistency and cohesion in design elements, visual aesthetics, and user experience across the entire checkout process.
